About Txtopia

Txtopia builds practical text tools that run in your browser. Our first tool translates text and Morse code, with particular attention to the messy symbols and separators that appear in copied messages.

A result you can check

The translator keeps your original input visible. It records normalization, marks unsupported content with a placeholder, and lets you select an issue to find its original position. It does not guess missing letter boundaries.

How we test

The implementation is checked against standard encoding examples, Unicode variants, separators, invalid tokens, source positions, and audio timing. Browser checks cover the core controls, privacy boundaries, offline translation, keyboard access, and responsive layouts. These checks do not establish superiority over other tools or certify an intended meaning for ambiguous messages.

A separate generated set of 50 ambiguous examples exists for future candidate-recovery research. Its round-trip checks validate the examples themselves, not a recovery algorithm. Candidate recovery is not part of this version.

Local processing

Your message and its translation stay in browser memory. Only speed, tone, and theme preferences are saved on your device. There is no account, cloud history, or text upload. Read our Privacy Policy for the data boundary.
